Due to a malfunction on the Checkmyprocess platform, data processing is currently experiencing delays. As a result, you will see generated data later than usual. The regular alerts from your detector(s) will continue to function as normal.
Our engineering department is working hard to resolve this issue. We will notify you via our website as soon as the malfunction has been resolved.

KPN is carrying out maintenance work on its mobile core network on 10 July, which is part of a wider network renewal. During this maintenance, active M2M sessions may be briefly interrupted (GSM interference).

Recently, KPN started rolling out VoLTE on their M2M (Machine to Machine) sim cards. The sim cards we provide for Octalarm Connect in your Octalarm alarm device(s) are M2M sims from KPN. These will move to VoLTE on wo 23 October. The conversion happens automatically remotely. We will do our best to make this trouble-free.

There have been multiple reports of VoIP registration faillure alarms in recent hours. The failure occurred at the component that processes the statuses of Octalarm alarms. As a result of the failure, the Octalarm alarm diallers tried to divert to a backup data centre. As a result, a VoIP registration faillure alarms was incorrectly reported. This failure did not affect the normal alerting of the Octalarm alarm diallers. Our engineers have since fully resolved this issue.
