Adésys has been supplying telephone alarm diallers and modems for monitoring critical processes and installations since 1983. We are rightly proud of the high level of reliability and the long service life of our products. This is why we want to inform you properly about the service life of our products. After all, it is extremely important that the products continue to perform optimally.

As a guideline you should be aware that reliability will decrease at an accelerated rate for alarm diallers older than 10 years. Depending on the operating conditions this could also be sooner. The overview below therefore provides clear information about the applicable support of our products.

We will contact you by telephone when the dialer is 10 years old or older and when, after investigation, we determine that repair costs will amount to more than € 129.

Irreparable Damages

There are some situations in which it is impossible for us to repair your device. This includes damage due to:

  • Fire
  • Humidity
  • Deposits caused by acids, vapours, etc.
  • Lightning

Although such damage may not always be visible to the naked eye, we can no longer guarantee that the device will safely perform its alerting function.

Reporting

Should you require a report for your insurance company we can prepare a document for you with the observations and conclusions.
