I have a complaint

Are you dissatisfied with our service, or do you have a complaint about one of our products? We are sorry to hear that. We would like to work with you to find a suitable solution.

You can submit your complaint via klachten@adesys.nl.

What we need to process your complaint

  1. What the complaint is about: a product or our services.
    Is it about a product? If so, please state the type of dialler and the serial number.
  2. A clear description of the complaint: what do you think is wrong and since when?
    Any attachments: where possible, please attach photos or other relevant documents.
  3. Your contact details: your name and (preferably) a telephone number so that we can contact you quickly.

What happens next?

Once we have received your complaint, our complaints coordinator will set to work to resolve your report as effectively as possible.

  1. You will receive confirmation of receipt.
  2. We aim to respond to your complaint as soon as possible.
