Are you dissatisfied with our service, communication or the way we handled a delivery, repair or service & support request? Let us know, and we will work with you to find a solution.
How to submit a complaint
- Send an Email to klachten@adesys.nl.
- Please clearly state the following in your Email:
- Your contact details: name, organisation and preferably a telephone number so that we can reach you quickly.
- What you are dissatisfied with (in one or two sentences).
- What you expect from us, for example an explanation, repair or specific feedback.
More information is welcome, but not necessary. If anything is missing, we will contact you via the Email address or telephone number you provided.

We will only use your details to deal with your complaint. See our privacy policy for more information.
What you can expect from us
- You will receive confirmation of receipt.
- We will assess your complaint and decide internally who will deal with it.
- You will receive a substantive response. If more time is needed, you will receive an interim update via the Email address or telephone number you provided.
